John Wahba is a founding partner and Principal of Champion Development. John is responsible for sales, marketing and project financing for Champion Development. Focusing the majority of his time on Champion Development and its various real estate projects, John also serves as Vice President of Champion Holding LLC, and currently serves on the board of directors. John's managerial experience has been in real estate, manufacturing and telecommunications industries. John serves as a member of the Greenwich RTM representing District 4. He also sits on the Byram Planning Committee, a neighborhood group in Greenwich, Connecticut formed to bring the Byram Master Plan from design to implementation. John has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Skidmore College.

James Wahba is a founding partner and Principal of Champion Development. James is responsible identifying and acquiring new property, contract negotiation and creating partnership opportunities. James has experience in various industries including; real estate, manufacturing and telecommunications. James Wahba's interest in urban planning and local politics has given him a profound understanding of how to build successful residential communities. James Wahba has recently been elected to serve on the Greenwich RTM, District 4 and is a delegate to the town's Finance Committee. He also serves on the Byram Planning Committee and is a member of the Byram Neighborhood Association. James has a BFA from Skidmore College.
